This downwind sail combines the advantages of an asymmetrical spinnaker and a gennaker in a high-performance hybrid design, and it can be deployed in just a few minutes. It is fully compatible with all furlers on the market and does not necessarily require a bowsprit.

The Code D® can be used from 60° to 140° apparent wind angle, with an optimal range that nearly covers both asymmetrical spinnakers and gennakers. When used with a pole, its range extends to 165–180°. Thanks to its Nylon fabric, pre-tensioned kevlar anti-twist luff rope, and high-end finishing details (laser-cut panels, Velcro clew closure), the Code D® ensures great stability and long-lasting durability, even under heavy loads.
