Lazy bag for Lagoon 43 Incidence Sails

The Incidence Sails lazy bag for Lagoon 43 is specifically designed to facilitate mainsail storage and provide protection when the sail is lowered. This textile cover surrounds the sail and keeps it neatly gathered along the boom while helping protect it from external conditions.

Designed for the demands of marine use, the lazy bag helps reduce the mainsail’s exposure to UV rays, salt spray and moisture. It also makes sail handling and stowing easier after sailing, helping keep the sail and rigging organised on board.

To meet different onboard requirements, Incidence Sails offers two fabric options: Sunbrella® acrylic and reinforced polyester.

Sunbrella® acrylic version

The Sunbrella® acrylic lazy bag is designed to provide long-lasting protection and durability. This fabric is well known for its resistance to UV rays, weather conditions and the marine environment. Its breathable properties help moisture escape when the sail is stored, reducing condensation and helping to limit moisture-related issues. The fabric also features transparent PVC reinforcements, providing additional protection in high-stress areas and improving the overall durability of the lazy bag.

Reinforced polyester version

The reinforced polyester lazy bag is particularly suitable for applications requiring good mechanical resistance. Its construction provides effective resistance to chafing, rubbing and abrasion caused by regular sail handling. Polyester also offers good UV resistance and a degree of flexibility, while remaining easy to maintain. However, it is less breathable than Sunbrella® acrylic.

Colours and customisation

The lazy bag is available in several colours to complement your Lagoon 43. Please refer to the colour chart and indicate your preferred colour when placing your order. A custom marking option is also available at an additional cost.
