Occupant safety is enhanced by an insulated double floor that reduces heat loss, as well as a bright orange canopy with an automatic inflatable arch. Radar-reflective and retro-reflective strips, combined with a 4.3 cd exterior light, provide maximum visibility a crucial feature when the sea becomes rough and rescue teams need to locate the liferaft quickly.

To simplify boarding from the water, the liferaft is equipped with a weighted reversible ladder and an internal grab handle. In the event of capsize, the ladder automatically pivots, making it easier to right the liferaft and allowing survivors to climb back on board.
