Bayabouts™ elastic line bags by Outils Océans

The Bayabouts™ elastic line bags by Outils Océans, also referred to as halyard bags or rope bags, are designed to keep your halyards, sheets, and other running rigging perfectly organised on board while ensuring simple and secure handling. Their automatic elastic closure system keeps lines securely in place: simply open the bag by pulling the front panel, place the coiled line inside, and release it so the elastic automatically closes the bag, even in demanding sea conditions.

Designed for both cruising and offshore sailing, these line bags adapt to different onboard locations. Smaller sizes are ideal at the mast base for halyards and reefing lines, medium sizes fit perfectly on the boom, while larger models are suited for the cockpit or companionway to store sheets and other running rigging.

The quick-mount mushroom fastening system ensures a strong, fast, and removable installation, making cleaning and winter storage easier. Made from PVC-coated open mesh polyester with reinforced edging, these halyard bags offer excellent resistance to UV exposure and harsh marine conditions, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding environments.

Developed in collaboration with professional sailors, they meet the needs of both leisure cruising and offshore racing, keeping the cockpit and working areas clean, organised, and safe.
