Quick Dylan vertical electric windlass, powered by 12V or 24 V, with a 1700 W motor, AISI 316 stainless steel drum and gypsy for 10 or 12 mm chain. Features manual free-fall and emergency manual retrieval systems. Supplied with a gypsy and contactor unit.
The Quick Dylan 1700 W windlass makes anchoring and anchor retrieval easier. This version combines a gypsy for 10 or 12 mm chain with a drum, providing an additional means of handling ropes.
Its base combines anodised aluminium and AISI 316 stainless steel. The motor has an IP67 protection rating, while the gearbox is made from anodised aluminium. A pressure lever assists rope engagement with the gypsy.
The Dylan DR4 features a manual free-fall system and an emergency manual retrieval system, useful when electrical power is unavailable. Its integrated sensor and magnet allow connection to a compatible chain counter, available separately. Up/down controls and remote controls can also be added to the installation.
For the 12 V configuration, the stated maximum pull is 1,150 kg, with a maximum working load of 470 kg.
For the 24 V motor configuration, the stated maximum pull is 1,200 kg, with a maximum working load of 570 kg.
Before ordering, check your chain standard and its compatibility with the gypsy: chain diameter alone does not guarantee a correct fit. Also check the available space below deck and your electrical installation requirements.
