Matt Chem’s ANTI RUST is a ready-to-use rust remover specially formulated for sensitive surfaces such as gelcoat and marine paints. It rapidly eliminates oxidation run-off while passivating the surface by phosphating, creating a protective barrier against corrosion.
This dual action makes the product ideal for the pre-paint preparation phase, as it avoids the risk of subsequent oxidation under the applied coat. Its acidic yet non-flammable formula is colorless, contains no aggressive solvents or colorants, and respects the treated surface.
Easy to use, ANTI RUST is applied by spray, left to act for a few minutes, then rinsed off with water. It should not be used in direct sunlight, and a compatibility test should always be carried out beforehand.
