The Smarttune 3/4″ sensor directly replaces the turnbuckle on your standing rigging and continuously measures the load on your shrouds. Data is transmitted via Bluetooth to the Cyclops app on your smartphone, or integrated into your onboard instruments via the dedicated gateway.
The Cyclops Marine Gateway centralizes data from your sensors and connects to your onboard network via NKE, NMEA 0183, and NMEA 2000 protocols. Compatible with many systems (NKE, Garmin, B&G, Sailmon, Yacht Devices), it displays real-time rig loads and allows for detailed tuning analysis.
Up to 50 sensors can be connected simultaneously. For optimal installation, the gateway should be mounted below deck within 8 meters of the sensors.
If your vessel has a carbon hull or sensors are positioned beyond 8 meters, we recommend adding a dome antenna for optimal wireless signal quality.
