The Wichard waterproof chainplate is a stainless steel and rubber part that is indispensable on board your catamaran or sailing boat. With UV protection, it’s perfect for marine use. Several diameters and lengths are available, ideal for securing shrouds, props, etc. on board your boat. Supplied with nuts and counterplate.

The Wichard white waterproof chainplate is installed on sailing yachts and catamarans (including Nautitech, Fountaine Pajot…) as a fastening system for various applications such as shrouds, lifelines, pulleys… This model is supplied complete with nuts and counterplate, and no longer requires a gasket for easy on-board installation. The various models on offer can withstand heavy working loads (see table below).
The elastomer rubber design features UV protection for long exposure to the sun. Waterproof, this equipment will fit perfectly on your boat. With this accessory for pleasure boats installed, you can be sure of a solid and secure fixing.
