Rutgerson’s RC75S rope clutch is designed to be compatible with standard rope diameters between 4 and 8 mm. Various configurations are available, including single, double, triple and quintuple versions, making it easy to manoeuvre your yacht or catamaran.
Rutgerson’s RC75S rope clutch is available in a variety of configurations, allowing you to use several ropes at the same time when manoeuvring your yacht. The ergonomic handle simplifies handling.
The rope clutch ensure a secure grip on the ropes and make it easy to adjust them quickly if necessary. A distinctive feature is the ease of rope handling with the RC75S compared to other clutch, thanks to an integrated low-friction block. This allows the ropes to move smoothly while protecting them from wear and tear.
If you already own an RC75S model but are considering upgrading to a thinner rope diameter than recommended, the clutch can be upgraded with a replaceable cam available as a spare part. An added benefit is the ease with which the housing can be detached from the mounting plate, which is handy when inserting and removing endless ropes.
The composite housing, together with the anodised aluminium mounting plate and cam, will withstand marine conditions.
