The Harken electric Self-Tailing radial aluminum horizontal winch combines performance, reliability and ease of use to make manoeuvring your yacht easier. Thanks to its patented diagonal rib system, it ensures optimum rope grip while reducing wear, even under heavy load.
This horizontal model is designed for compact installation on the right or left side of the boat, maximising space on board. Its electric drive exploits the internal two-speed gearing, offering a first speed for rapid engagement under no-load conditions and a second for precise adjustment under load.
High-strength composite needle and roller bearings reduce friction, improving the efficiency and life of the winch. 17-4 PH stainless steel gears and pins ensure optimum corrosion resistance, even in demanding marine environments.
The self-tailing system means you can manoeuvre the winch on your own and keep your hands free. In the event of a power failure, the winch automatically switches to manual mode by inserting a Harken locking crank.
Easy to install and maintain, this winch comes with a Dual Box relay/limiter for safe use on board.
