The Antal 4RACE 190 mm double mainsail traveller is a top-of-the-range solution for demanding yachtsmen looking for performance and reliability. Specially designed for catamarans up to 50 feet, this system ensures smooth, precise sliding on the rail, even under heavy load.
Manufactured from hard-anodised extruded aluminium, the trolley incorporates 4 ball circuits: two in Torlon in the lower section to take the heaviest loads, and two in Delrin in the upper section to ensure smooth, silent movement. Thanks to its anti-ejection design, the carriage remains in place on the rail even if the balls break due to overload.
Side slots facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the balls, maximising the system’s durability even in demanding marine environments. All metal parts are made of anodised aluminium or AISI 316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
This model includes two GV trolleys with 2:1 control, incorporating a toggle joint for Ø65 mm OPF pulleys (pulleys not supplied). It is compatible with 4RACE tracks and is designed to accommodate a Ø190 mm outhaul pulley.
