70 mm OPF single block padeye plate Antal

Antal’s 70 mm OPF single block on padeye plate is a benchmark in nautical fittings. Designed to meet the needs of sailors and skippers, it features an innovative design with no pins, screws or nuts. Its one-piece body in black hard-anodized aluminum with Teflon-type film offers optimum resistance to wear and harsh marine conditions. What’s more, this pulley offers a working load of up to 1300 kg.

The 70mm sheave, made of high-strength resin, features a composite fiber insert that rotates on a polished stainless steel spacer. This design ensures minimal friction, even under heavy loads, without the need for lubrication. What’s more, captive ball bearings on the side of the sheave help reduce friction and make maintenance quick and easy. This sheave is therefore compatible with Ø 12 mm rope.

The sheave is mounted on an AISI316 stainless steel padeye, secured to the deck with four Ø 6mm screws (included). Designed to withstand high loads (working load: 1500 kg), this equipment ensures optimum distribution of forces, guaranteeing safety on board. The set includes the OPF 70 mm block, a retaining spring and the padeye with its fastening screws.
