The 27mm track mounting kit Harken flat mast groove is a complete, high-performance solution for installing the rails of the Battcars system of CB trolleys and flat mast headstays. This kit enables the rail to be securely fastened using an insert mounting system, ensuring optimum force distribution and excellent resistance to marine stresses.

Compatible with masts with grooves measuring between 11 and 16 mm, this kit is used on many high-performance yachts, such as the Nautitech 482. Its design is based on lightweight but extremely resistant materials. The result is a long-lasting, safe attachment, even in demanding sailing conditions.

The kit includes 19 mounting inserts and one connecting insert, enabling the rail to be installed methodically and securely. The inserts are easy to fit and provide excellent durability. To further strengthen the fixing, the kit also includes 2 tubes of Loctite® and 20 M6 screws. This avoids any risk of loosening under the effect of vibrations and repeated efforts when navigating.
