Although the TEMO·450 is fully waterproof (IP67), it sinks immediately if it slips from your hands. To prevent this risk, the TEMO·450 float has been designed to bring your outboard motor back to the surface in case of a fall.
With this device, if your motor falls into the water:
- From a dinghy, it doesn’t even submerge and stays afloat.
- From a sailboat (1.5 to 2m height), it briefly submerges before rising vertically, handle first.
Beyond safety, this float also acts as extra protection against impacts and scratches. It is also compatible with the TEMO·450 carrying case, allowing you to store and transport your motor with the kit installed.
