What’s more, this Temo accessory meets IP67 standards.
Thanks to the cable-free plug & play system developed by Temo, the battery can be changed in 2 seconds, even at sea: a real asset on long trips. There’s no need to dismantle anything, just clip it in and you’re ready to go again in seconds. The two ropes on top make removal easy, and each can withstand a load of 480 kg.
This battery is made in France, with robust components and a design optimised for nautical use. It has an ON/OFF button so you can check the charge level without having to connect it to the motor. Its automatic wintering mode extends its life, even after several months of non-use.

To activate the wintering mode, the procedure is simple:
1 – Check that your battery is displaying a charge level of less than 50% by pressing the ON/OFF button on the battery for 2 seconds (2 green LEDs are preferred on the maximum battery).
2 – Plug the charger into the rear connector on the battery, then connect the plug to the mains.
3 – Then simply hold down the battery ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. When winter mode is activated, the first LED flashes alternately red and green.
4 – The wintering mode starts and the battery goes into standby when the charge reaches 50% (all the LEDs go out).
5 – You can then unplug the charger after the battery has gone into standby mode by first removing the wall plug.
6 – The wintering mode is automatically deactivated if you reconnect the battery or insert it in the motor.
