VHF Radio V60 with B&G AIS

The V60 VHF radio with AIS ensures your safety at sea while staying connected to the outside world.

The dual-channel AIS receiver monitors the position of AIS-equipped boats in the vicinity. This feature helps avoid collisions in busy waterways. This data can be viewed either on the V60’s built-in display, or superimposed on compatible radar or chart displays.

The GPS receiver transmits the boat’s position with DSC distress calls, even in the event of electronic failure on board.

The V60’s detachable microphone can be connected to the front or rear of the radio. Optional extensions allow the radio and microphone to be mounted separately.

For more effective communication, the radio allows the addition of wireless handsets (max. 2). The H60 handset reproduces the display and controls of the V60 radio. This function provides access to all key functions, transforming the V60 radio into an intercom.

The VHF radio is DSC Class D approved, conforming to safety standards. It also offers expansion options, including the possibility of adding a megaphone or external loudspeaker. NMEA 0183® and NMEA 2000® connectivity ensures easy integration with other onboard electronic equipment.
