The Facnor FL30+ aluminium batten car<\/strong> is designed to provide reliable guidance and smooth movement of mainsail battens along the track.<\/p>\n

Each car is equipped with 40 Torlon\u00ae \u00d87.94 mm ball bearings<\/strong>, ensuring smooth travel and making mainsail handling easier. The bearings are mounted on a section of track and are non-captive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The car features a universal joint with an M10 threaded stainless steel rod<\/strong>, allowing the batten box to be securely attached to fully battened mainsails. A \u00d88 mm stainless steel quick-release pin<\/strong>, secured by a spring-loaded locking system, makes installation and removal easy.<\/p>\n

Rubber bumpers<\/strong> are also fitted to absorb impacts between the cars when lowering the mainsail.<\/p>\n

The FL30+ is compatible with black FR25x15 rails, 2 m long<\/strong>, as well as older grey FR25 rails, 1.7 m long<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
